Branding for a performing arts center where every student has a piece just as unique as they are.

Mosaic Creative Studios is a brand new performing arts after-school program located in Brookfield, WI, that I had the privilege of co-creating the branding for. At the core of the company’s goal is the celebration of each student’s unique background, guiding them to discover their individual role in the collective mosaic that defines their community in the classroom and beyond

In collaboration with Taylor Schumann, we created Mosaic’s distinctive brand identity and language; setting them apart from other theatre and music programs in the Greater Milwaukee area. Through a focus on growth, community, and diversity, we developed a brand that seamlessly integrates geometric graphic elements with photo collages that celebrate every student of every age and skill level.

This creative fusion creates a sense of movement, symbolizing the fluidity of growth and the transformative learning experiences within the community. As students engage and evolve together, they contribute to the creation of a beautiful and enriching journey on the stage and within their own local communities through friendships and out of classroom experiences.

As the lead designer, I established design systems for Mosaic’s staff to follow, created the website using Squarespace, developed social media templates, created a logo end slate video and launch video, and created email layouts. Taylor created the logo sets and assisted in finalizing graphic element direction, colors, fonts, social media posts, and page layouts.
